Customer Experience Certification — SV Academy, 2025

SV Academy is a US-based training programme that prepares people for customer-facing and client success roles. The certification covered structured approaches to service delivery, issue resolution, escalation handling, and clear communication under pressure.

I took this course because I wanted a formal framework for work I’d been doing practically — in compliance, where I spent a lot of time translating rules into plain language for clients, and in retail, where the customer conversation is the whole job.

I’m comfortable with CRM tools, documentation, and the kind of process work that makes customer service consistent rather than reactive.
